← Back to Careers SalesDubai, UAEFull-time Off-Plan Manager We are seeking a driven and experienced Off-Plan Manager to lead and grow our off-plan sales division. You will be responsible for managing key developer relationships, guiding clients through the off-plan purchasing process, and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities
• ✓Manage and develop relationships with leading Dubai developers
• ✓Lead a team of off-plan consultants, setting targets and providing mentorship
• ✓Guide clients through the entire off-plan purchase journey from initial inquiry to handover
• ✓Analyse market trends and identify new project opportunities
• ✓Represent 123Dubai at developer launches, property expos, and networking events
• ✓Ensure CRM is maintained accurately with all client and deal information Requirements
• ✓Minimum 1 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai
• ✓Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• ✓Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, major developers, and key projects
• ✓RERA certification required
• ✓Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• ✓Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian) are a strong advantage
