Vietnam Market Sales Marketing （Community Conversion Moderator） Employment Type: Full-time

Location:
DMCC, Dubai, UAE Salary Structure: 1. Base Salary + Allowance 2. Performance Bonus 3. Team bonus 4. commission Responsibilities 1. Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Vietnamese-language communities. 2. Maintain an active community atmosphere, initiate discussions, and encourage user engagement. 3. Plan community content, discussion topics, interactive activities, and daily engagement initiatives. 4. Monitor user behavior and trending discussions within the community, and collect and organize user feedback. 5. Work closely with relevant teams to support user onboarding, engagement, and conversion processes. 6. Maintain community operation records and regularly compile and report community performance data. 7. Execute community content, engagement activities, and campaigns according to operational plans. Requirements 1. At least 1 year of experience in Community Management, Social Media, Community Operations, or a related field. 2. Fluent Vietnamese is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Good understanding of Vietnamese social media platforms and online community culture. 4. Experience in Sports, Football, Entertainment, or Internet-based community operations is preferred. 5. Strong communication, chat engagement, and topic facilitation skills. 6. Able to respond quickly to users and handle unexpected community situations effectively. 7. Energetic and outgoing personality with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain an active and positive community environment. 8. Able to communicate in English or Mandarin for basic cross-border team coordination. 9. Basic image editing and graphic design skills are preferred.
