Dubai, UAE Industry: Hospitality Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary IIQAF Group is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to support warehouse, inventory, receiving, and material handling operations within our hospitality facilities in Dubai. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and organize food supplies, beverages, housekeeping materials, equipment, packaging, furniture, and other hospitality inventory.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, lifting, transporting, and stacking materials.
• Move pallets, cartons, food supplies, beverages, housekeeping supplies, equipment, furniture, and other inventory within designated areas.
• Load and unload delivery trucks, containers, pallets, racks, and storage areas.
• Transport materials between receiving areas, warehouses, cold storage, kitchens, stores, loading docks, and other hospitality departments.
• Safely stack and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Follow proper pallet handling and storage procedures to prevent product damage.
• Inspect forklifts and material-handling equipment before each shift for operational and safety issues.
• Report mechanical problems, equipment damage, fluid leaks, tire issues, or other forklift defects to the supervisor immediately.
• Operate forklifts according to manufacturer instructions, workplace procedures, and applicable safety requirements.
• Maintain safe operating speeds and follow designated warehouse traffic routes and pedestrian safety procedures.
• Follow occupational health and safety, PPE, fire safety, warehouse safety, and material-handling procedures.
• Respond promptly to operational requests while maintaining safe forklift operation at all times. Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Valid forklift operator certification/license appropriate for the equipment and applicable requirements in the UAE.
• Previous experience as a Forklift Operator, Warehouse Forklift Operator, Material Handler, Reach Truck Operator, or Warehouse Equipment Operator.
• Practical experience operating forklifts in warehouses, logistics facilities, hotels, catering operations, distribution centers, or similar environments.
• Experience with loading, unloading, pallet handling, stacking, and warehouse material movement.
• Good understanding of forklift safety procedures and warehouse operating practices.
• Ability to read basic product labels, pallet information, storage locations, and inventory documentation.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory procedures.
• Ability to perform physical work involving lifting, moving, and handling materials.
• Good awareness of workplace hazards and safe material-handling practices. Required Skills
