Description and Requirements
Lenovo is seeking a Client Account Manager to drive business growth across Kuwait and Bahrain within the Infrastructure Solutions business. In this customer-facing role, you will develop and expand relationships with enterprise and public-sector organizations, helping customers advance their digital transformation initiatives through Lenovo's infrastructure portfolio. This position is best suited for an experienced technology sales professional with a strong track record in enterprise account management, complex solution selling, and executive stakeholder engagement across the Gulf region.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise and public-sector accounts across Kuwait and Bahrain.
• Develop and execute account plans that increase revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, decision-makers, and key customer stakeholders.
• Identify, develop, and close infrastructure opportunities across servers, storage, cloud, hybrid IT, AI, and data center solutions.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposal development, contract negotiations, and business reviews.
• Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales teams, services professionals, marketing teams, and channel partners to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Oversee contract lifecycle activities and support successful execution of commercial agreements.
• Expand partner engagement and drive joint go-to-market initiatives that accelerate business growth. Position Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of successful enterprise account management or technology sales experience, including experience in Kuwait and Bahrain markets.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding revenue, growth, and business development targets.
• Experience selling complex technology solutions within infrastructure, data center, cloud, hybrid IT, AI, or related enterprise technology environments.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and opportunity management capabilities.
• Ability to build relationships and influence both business and technical stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Experience working within a matrixed, multinational environment and coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Professional proficiency in English with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
