Job Title: School Counselor

Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Industry: Education / K-12 Schools

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated School Counselor to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development, providing guidance and counseling to help them succeed in school and life.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to students
Assist students with academic planning, career guidance, and personal development
Address students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs
Conduct workshops and seminars on personal growth and life skills
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to support student welfare
Maintain confidential records and prepare reports on student progress
Promote a positive school environment and well-being initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Education
Proven experience as a School Counselor (UAE experience preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of child development and counseling techniques
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues

Preferred:

Certification in Counseling or Educational Psychology
Familiarity with UAE school regulations and cultural norms
