At JA Hatta Fort Hotel, we're looking for a confident, charismatic, and service-driven Head Waiter to lead by example and create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back.

What You'll Be Doing- Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations during service
- Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and create memorable moments
- Support, coach, and develop team members through ongoing training and guidance
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, service quality, and presentation
- Assist with roster planning, inventory control, and operational efficiency
- Handle guest feedback professionally and turn challenges into positive experiences
- Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality Management
- Basic & Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification
- Leadership and Train-the-Trainer certifications are an advantage
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a hotel or upscale dining environment
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
- Experience training and leading multicultural teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
