We are supporting a government entity in the UAE in the appointment of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment activities across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing HR function, playing a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. The role will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient and high-quality recruitment processes in line with organisational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure role clarity and alignment with business needs
Manage job postings across relevant platforms and sourcing channels
Screen applications, review CVs, and shortlist candidates against defined criteria
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
Support the preparation and extension of job offers, including salary and benefits discussions within approved guidelines
Manage onboarding processes in coordination with HR and business teams to ensure a positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in line with internal policies, governance standards, and best practices

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a structured or high-volume environment
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment systems
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience within the public sector or government environment is an advantage
