We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our team for interior fit-out projects The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing site activities coordinating subcontractors and ensuring high-quality project execution from project commencement through handoverKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage daily site activities for interior fit-out projectsCoordinate with project managers subcontractors suppliers and consultantsEnsure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings specifications and project schedulesMonitor site progress and maintain the highest quality standardsIdentify and resolve site issues while maintaining project timelinesConduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety requirementsCoordinate material deliveries and verify installation qualityPrepare daily and weekly site progress reportsAttend site meetings and provide technical support when requiredSupport project close-out activities inspections and snagging worksRequirementsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldProven experience as a Site Engineer in Interior Fit-Out projects is mandatoryStrong knowledge of interior finishes, construction methods, and installation techniquesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple site activitiesValid UAE Driving License is mandatoryImportant Notice:Only candidates with proven Interior Fit-Out experience will be consideredApplications from candidates without Interior Fit-Out experience will not be reviewed
