Your tasksManage the daily operations of the Sales Support team including resource allocation and workflow for all support activitiesMap customer requirements and co-determine the sales strategy with the Sales Manager Advise design and calculate customer-specific refrigeration and heat pump solutionsAssess third-party offers and provide all refrigeration calculations cost estimates and principle drawingsDeliver commercially and technically sound calculations and subsequent quotationsPresent calculations and quotations to the customer together with the Sales EngineerEnsure accurate quotation tracking and follow-upResponsible for own resource planning to meet often demanding timelinesProvide the necessary documentation required for project handover to the execution departmentManage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their rolesOrganize project team meetings in consultation with the Sales Manager when requiredCommunicate with clients regarding customer-specific refrigeration and heat pump solutions in coordination with the Area Manager Sales Engineer when requiredTransfer knowledge and apply lessons learned from completed projects to current and future solutionsShare knowledge related to refrigeration calculations cost estimates and principle drawings with internal stakeholders to support development and innovationSafeguard knowledge by guiding and coaching colleagues within the Sales Support team and Sales departmentFocus on standardizationMonitor internal and external developments within the disciplineWillingness to travel work abroad and adapt to local conditions occasionallyUniversity-level education in Mechanical Engineering, with additional training in refrigeration, heat transfer, or related fieldsMinimum 3 5 years of experience in industrial refrigeration, including design and calculation of refrigeration systemsExtensive knowledge of functional and departmental processes, with 3 5 years of supervisory experienceFully familiar with all relevant standards and guidelines, such as EN 378, PED, and PGS 13, including country-specific requirements where applicableExperience with refrigeration solutions using ammonia, carbon dioxide, and propaneExcellent command of English and French, both written and spokenGerman language is an added advantageInnovative, creative, and results-driven team playerStrong commercial, communication, and interpersonal skills
