Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and oversee all production activities from concept to delivery.
Lead, mentor and manage production teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Develop and implement production strategies, schedules and workflows to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate with design, logistics and project management teams to ensure seamless production.
Monitor production budgets, resources and timelines to meet project objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards across all production risks, production challenges and implement solutions to maintain smooth reports and updates for senior management on production performance and KPIs.
QualificationsBachelor s degree in Production Management, Engineering, Operations or related field.8 12 years of experience in production management with at least 3 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of production processes, materials and equipment.
Proven track record of managing large teams and complex projects.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving and leadership skills.
Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent project planning, scheduling and resource allocation skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
General Obligations towards Health, Safety and EnvironmentYou will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport and all equipment issued by the company. You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company. You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations. You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thus cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not pose any risks in terms of health, safety and environment to others.
