As an Entry-level Construction Manager, you will assist senior management in overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
ResponsibilitiesAssist project managers in developing project plans and schedulesCoordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projectsMonitor project progress and update senior management on any delays or issuesParticipate in site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulationsPrepare daily reports and maintain project documentationAssist in budget management and cost control measuresCommunicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the construction processRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferredExcellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)Strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProven ability to work collaboratively as part of a teamAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsFlexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesWhat
