Job Description

Academic Support: Provide individualized and small group tutoring in core subjects tohelp students improve their understanding and performance.
Homework Assistance: Assist students with homework and assignments, ensuring theydevelop good study habits and time management skills.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and communicate findings to the CenterManager and parents as needed.
Assessment Reports: Creating detailed reports after each tutoring session to documentstudent performance, areas for improvement, and any relevant feedback forparents or guardians.
Mentorship: Act as a mentor and role model, offering guidance and support tohelp students build confidence and resilience.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Center Manager and other staff to aligntutoring strategies with teaching instruction and objectives.
Parent Communication: Engage with parents to discuss student progress and address anyconcerns or questions they may have.
Professional Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops conducted by companyto enhance tutoring skills and stay updated on best practices in education.
Engagement: Conducting engaging andinteractive tutoring sessions, both in-person and online. Maintaining apositive and professional learning environment.

Requirements
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Literature, Education, or a related field.
Teaching qualification or license is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of Arabic teaching experience (school or language center).
Experience teaching both native and non-native Arabic speakers is an advantage.
Experience with online teaching platforms is preferred.
Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic.
Good command of English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to engage students using interactive teaching methods.
Strong organizational and lesson planning skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online learning platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
Passion for education and continuous professional development
