Dubai, UAEDepartment: Culture & HeritageTalents Tide is seeking a qualified Exhibition Specialist for a confidential Dubai Government entity.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in exhibition planning and delivery, ideally within museums, galleries, cultural institutions or heritage environments.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and deliver permanent and temporary exhibitions, ensuring projects meet agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Develop exhibition plans, project schedules, budgets and feasibility assessments.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders throughout exhibition development and tendering, procurement, cost monitoring and project reporting.
Coordinate the placement and display of museum objects and exhibition materials, following appropriate display and handling practices.
Support the integration of audiovisual, interactive and other exhibition technologies.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and recommend practical solutions.
Ensure exhibitions meet relevant technical, operational and preservation requirements.
RequirementsUAEN ONLY (UAE Nationals only).
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in exhibition planning, project coordination or exhibition delivery.
Experience managing project timelines, budgets, contractors and installation activities.
Knowledge of exhibition design, display methods, and audiovisual or interactive technologies.
Experience in museums, galleries, cultural institutions, heritage projects or collections management is highly desirable.
