At Unique Properties, we're expanding our Secondary Sales Division and looking for ambitious, experienced Secondary Property Consultants who understand Dubai's resale market, know how to build strong client relationships, and have a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage residential resale transactions from listing to transfer.
Generate property listings through prospecting and landlord relationships.
Conduct property valuations, viewings, and negotiations.
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Consistently achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of Dubai secondary real estate experience.
Proven track record of successful resale transactions.
Strong understanding of Dubai property communities, pricing, and market trends.
Experience generating listings and managing buyer/seller relationships.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.
Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
RERA certification is an advantage.
