RESPONSIBILITIESFacilitate cross-functional planning and project execution ensuring the project is delivered on time withinbudget and meets the agreed upon scopeMonitor team schedules and ensure coordination of activities on the critical pathProvide executive-level program updates to senior management and executive sponsorsDevelop reporting and tracking programs to assure the project is on target for schedule and costIdentify key issues and drive decisions to ensure that the project does not slipIdentify key risks and prepare contingency plansEnsure the projects are following the NPDI New Product Develop Introduction processAssist project team members as requiredIdentify and lead continuous improvement projects3~8 Years of experience in project management (This is an entry level position hence higher experience level will not be considered)Must have experience in New product development (NPDI) project management in a manufacturing industry(Experience in IT is not considered)Must have experience in water fall ( stage gate) project management methodMust have good communication skill in EnglishShould have knowledge in risk management and risk response methods.
Should have idea about Gantt Chart schedule managementExperience in communication management among stake holdersExperience in project KPI reportingMust have experience in project planningDemonstrated competence in problem-solving, data analysis, project planningExperience leading cross functional meetings and presenting to small groups, both in person and via conference callAbility to quickly develop cross functional relationships to achieve business objectivesProcess and results-oriented with proven ability to accomplish goalsExperience with 3-phase power distribution or Busbar products is preferredProficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications, Microsoft Project or Smartsheet experience preferredStrong communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
