We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Testing Engineer with hands‑on expertise in UAV system integration validation and flight testing The ideal candidate will play a critical role in integrating mechanical electrical avionics propulsion and payload systems into UAV platforms and ensuring successful ground and flight validation The candidate must possess prior experience working on multirotor fixed‑wing or VTOL UAV platforms and be capable of troubleshooting complex system‑level issues across hardware avionics and software interfaces Previous UAV industry experience is mandatory uKey ResponsibilitiesSystem Integration Lead end‑to‑end UAV integration activities for prototype and assistance in production platforms Integrate airframe assemblies propulsion systems avionics flight controllers communication systems additional sensors and payloads Perform mechanical fitment wiring harness integration and subsystem validation Ensure proper interface compatibility among mechanical electrical and avionics componentsPropulsion Hands on experience in electric and IC engineExperience in propulsion system integration installation testing and troubleshooting Knowledge of propulsion performance evaluation tuning and validation Experience in conducting ground runs endurance tests and performance testing of propulsion systems Ability to diagnose and resolve propulsion‑related mechanical and electrical issues Familiarity with propulsion safety procedures and maintenance practicesAvionics Integration Integrate and configure flight controller systems Configure GPS IMU ESCs telemetry radios RC systems ADS-B modules and onboard computers Validate sensor performance and communication protocols including CAN UART SPI I2C Ethernet and RS-232 RS-485 RS-422 Support autopilot tuning and mission configuration activitiesTesting Validation Develop integration and qualification test plans procedures and reports Conduct subsystem system‑level environmental ground and flight testing Execute pre post‑flight inspections flight readiness reviews and post‑flight analysis Validate reliability safety and performance requirements of UAV systems Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot system failures during testingFlight Test Operations Support and coordinate UAV flight test campaigns Analyse flight logs Identify system anomalies and recommend corrective actions Work closely with UAV pilots and design engineers during testing activitiesDocumentation Compliance Maintain integration records test reports configuration documents and validation records Support certification airworthiness and regulatory compliance activities where applicable Ensure adherence to engineering processes quality standards and safety proceduresRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in UAV integration and testing.
Hands‑on experience working with UAV platforms in an R&D environment.
Strong understanding of UAV architecture, avionics, propulsion systems, and flight dynamics.
Experience with ground testing, flight testing, and system troubleshooting.
Basic exposure to avionics, communication protocols and embedded systems.
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Preferred.

Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Multirotor, Fixed‑Wing, and VTOL UAV of autonomous flight systems and UAV mission planning.
Familiarity with UAV regulations and operational safety procedures.
Experience with hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) and simulation testing.
