Job Responsibilities:

Manage quantity surveying and commercial activities for high-rise building projects.
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates and budgets.
Review drawings, specifications, contracts and scope of work.
Measure completed works and prepare interim payment applications/certificates.
Prepare, evaluate and negotiate variations, claims and change orders.
Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow and monthly cost reports.
Prepare CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation) and cost forecasts.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate subcontract packages.
Review and certify subcontractor payment applications.
Manage subcontractor accounts and prepare final accounts.
Assist with tendering, procurement and commercial negotiations.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
Maintain proper contractual and commercial documentation.
Ensure compliance with project contracts, specifications and UAE construction practices.

Mandatory Requirements:

6+ years’ experience as a Civil Quantity Surveyor.
Strong experience on high-rise building projects (15+ floors) is mandatory.
UAE/Dubai construction experience strongly preferred.
Currently based in Dubai/UAE & Immediate Joiners preferred.
Strong knowledge of civil/structural building works, including concrete, rebar, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, façade and finishes.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
Excellent Excel/MS Office skills; CostX, AutoCAD, Bluebeam or similar QS software is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.

Salary: AED 9,000–10,000/month, depending on experience and suitability.
