Develop detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing systems ensuring clash detection and resolution
Produce construction-ready drawings schematics and documentation directly from the BIM model
Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle incorporating design changes and site feedback
Assist in the creation of as-built models and facility management information models upon project completion
Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
Hold certifications in Autodesk Revit MEP or equivalent BIM software
Have 3-5 years of proven experience as a MEP BIM Modeller on building projects
Demonstrate proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
Exhibit strong understanding of MEP systems design principles and installation practices
Be adept at reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective interdisciplinary coordination
Showcase meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Be proficient in English (written and spoken) for clear project communication
Have a keen eye for spatial relationships and problem-solving abilities
