Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for a startup fundraise, venture fund, or LP-facing platform Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and the reporting standards LPs and institutional investors expect Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
