Manage FM vendors, contracts, SLAs, budgets, preventive maintenance, and service performance.
Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, asset reliability, and continuous improvement.
Lead and develop FM teams while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in integrated facility management, preferably within hospitality, hotels, or premium guest-service environments.
Strong technical, vendor management, budgeting, and people management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Hospitality experience preferred, with strong expertise in engineering, building safety, aesthetics, vendor management, and team leadership.
