The role focuses on coordinating materials, equipment, tools, and spare parts while supporting warehouse operations, shipment tracking, inventory control, and field-service requirements.
The successful candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating multiple logistics activities while maintaining accurate documentation and material traceability.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate movement of materials, equipment, tools, and spare parts for field servicesSupport receiving, storage, issuance, dispatch, and delivery activitiesManage inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely deliveriesPrepare and verify shipment documents, packing lists, delivery notes, and related recordsMaintain inventory-movement records and logistics documentationTrack shipments and provide updates to stakeholdersCoordinate with warehouses, procurement teams, suppliers, transporters, and field-service personnelMonitor material availability and support timely replenishmentAssist with inventory counts and resolve stock discrepanciesUpdate logistics and inventory information in WMS/ERP systemsMaintain documentation and traceability of materials and equipmentSupport logistics-process improvements and operational efficiencyRequirementsMinimum 2 years of logistics or warehouse-operations experienceDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredGood understanding of logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and material movementWMS/ERP experience is preferredShipment coordination and documentation experience is preferredKnowledge of receiving, dispatching, storing, and tracking materials and equipmentAbility to coordinate transportation and deliveries for field-service requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skillsGood communication and ability to coordinate with multiple teams and suppliersAbility to manage competing priorities and urgent operational needsAwareness of HSE requirements for warehouse and logistics operations is preferredKnowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, shipment documentation, delivery tracking, material records, ERP/WMS systems, and supply-chain processes
