Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline. 6-9 years of Business Analysis' experience. Minimum 4 years working on banking, payments, or financial services integration projects. Experience working with third-party vendors and external regulatory/payment partners. Strong understanding of API-based integration projects.
Preferred Experience
UAE Banking Domain Experience. Digital Payments and Escrow Account Solutions. Government Entity Integrations. Land Department, Property Management, or Real Estate Ecosystem Integrations. Experience in enterprise-scale banking transformation programs.

Risk and dependency management. Agile and Waterfall project delivery experience. Attention to detail and quality focus. Complete requirement discovery and documentation. Deliver approved API/interface specifications. Successfully support SIT and UAT execution. Coordinate multiple vendor integrations with minimal defects. Ensure successful production deployment and hypercare support. Establish traceability between business requirements, APIs, testing, and deployment activities.
