Talent Arabia is seeking an experienced, highly technical, and accomplished AI Quality & Reliability Engineer (QA/SRE) with a strong background in software quality assurance, site reliability engineering, and AI/ML platform testing to join our client engagement team on a full-time, permanent basis in the UAE (candidates based in the UAE or willing to relocate). In this specialized quality and reliability engineering role, you will spearhead testing advanced AI/ML applications and platforms, implementing test automation frameworks, and driving incident management and performance benchmarking. You will work closely with machine learning engineers, DevOps teams, and software architects to ensure high system resilience. As an AI Quality & Reliability Engineer (QA/SRE) at Talent Arabia in the UAE, you will take full ownership of validating AI platform quality, automating performance testing, and enforcing site reliability engineering standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass designing automated test suites for AI/ML applications, executing load and stress tests, configuring comprehensive system monitoring, and managing incident response life cycles. You will collaborate with AI development squads to evaluate model accuracy, hallucination rates, and infrastructure resilience under heavy workloads. Working in a fast-paced technology consulting environment, you will drive artificial intelligence quality assurance and operational reliability.

• Design, build, and execute comprehensive quality assurance and test automation frameworks for AI/ML applications and platforms.
• Spearhead site reliability engineering (SRE) initiatives, availability monitoring, and incident management protocols.
• Conduct rigorous performance testing, load testing, latency benchmarking, and stress evaluations for AI workloads.
• Test and evaluate AI/ML model outputs, semantic accuracy, prompt responses, and platform resilience.
• Configure, maintain, and analyze infrastructure and application monitoring telemetry to detect anomalies proactively.
• Implement automated CI/CD quality gates and regression testing suites within deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate proactively with machine learning engineers, software developers, and cloud platform architects.
• Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) on production incidents and author comprehensive SRE post-mortem reports.
• Maintain technical documentation, test plans, quality metrics dashboards, and reliability runbooks.
• Ensure strict adherence to enterprise software quality benchmarks, security baselines, and data governance standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience spanning software quality assurance, test automation, and site reliability engineering (SRE).
• Demonstrated hands-on experience testing AI/ML applications, LLM integrations, and data-driven platforms.
• Strong technical proficiency in test automation frameworks, scripting languages (Python), and performance testing tools.
• Solid operational knowledge of SRE principles, observability tools, incident management, and high-availability systems.
• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and clear technical communication.

• Hands-on experience with chaos engineering tools and automated resilience testing in cloud environments.
• Prior working experience in artificial intelligence firms, fintech, or enterprise IT consultancy companies.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes container orchestration and cloud-native monitoring stacks.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
