Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality testing and analysis of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP) cable samples, and finished cable products.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and applicable quality standards.
Perform electrical and physical cable testing and identify cable faults.
Analyze test results and prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Recommend corrective and preventive actions for quality calibration of measuring instruments and testing equipment.
Maintain testing records and support customer complaint HSE procedures, laboratory safety requirements, and 5S principles.
Support internal and external audits, certifications, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Diploma in Chemical engineering or an equivalent 5 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably in cable manufacturing.
At least 3 years of hands-on cable testing experience.
GCC experience is preferred.
Knowledge of cable testing standards and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
