You’ll assist with customer service activities, support pricing functions, respond to client inquiries, and ensure smooth coordination of shipping-related processes. If you have previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of UAE import and export regulations, you’ll have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
Prepare and assist with pricing and quotation requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient logistics strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Support daily shipping and documentation processes.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the logistics process.

Experience:
