HR Manager – Retail & F&B | Package 30K to 35K + Family Benefits
Location:
UAE – Dubai/Abu Dhabi Employment: Full-time, Onsite
Experience:
5–10 years Seniority: Senior LevelRole Overview The HR Manager will lead HR operations across a multi-site Retail and F&B business, ensuring effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and cost control. The role requires strong UAE Labour Law knowledge and hands‑on experience in fast‑paced operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and operational priorities.
Manage high‑volume recruitment for frontline, supervisory, and management roles.
Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, workforce planning, and HR budgets.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, visas, contracts, and employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases, and employee engagement and retention performance management and KPI alignment with business objectives.
Manage HRIS, HR analytics, headcount, turnover, and labor‑cost reporting.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through final settlement.
Support manpower planning for new outlets and business expansion.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
CIPD or SHRM certification preferred; MBA is an advantage.5–10 years of HR experience, preferably within Retail, F&B, FMCG, or multi‑site knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, Emiratisation/Nafis, visa processes, and experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
Proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and HR analytics.
Strong commercial understanding of labor cost, productivity, and P&L impact.
Professional English required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
