Coordinate day-to-day operations of the solar PV portfolio and develop maintenance schedules Oversee internal resources, subcontractors, and service partners to ensure safe and timely maintenance Provide technical support for complex faults, root cause investigations, and technical reporting Supervise field teams during critical maintenance activities and conduct routine technical inspections Serve as a primary operational contact for clients and attend operational review meetings Prepare monthly operational reports and track plant availability, PR, and maintenance KPIs Identify opportunities for maintenance efficiency and enhance standard operating procedures Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all HSE requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum 4 years of experience in utility-scale or commercial solar PV operations and maintenance Experience supervising field personnel or contractors Strong understanding of LV, MV, and HV electrical systems Experience with SCADA platforms and remote monitoring systems Experience with CMMS and maintenance management systems preferred Valid UAE driving licence or ability to obtain one
