Key Responsibilities
Design and execute integrated online and offline campaigns to boost brand equity and store footfall.
Lead digital strategy, content direction, and performance marketing across all major social marketing activation and campaign consistency across 4 existing outlets and 2 upcoming store launches.
Guide and mentor the in-house marketing team to execute high-impact creative campaigns.
Requirements & QualificationsEducation &
Experience:
Not specified in source posting; 5–6+ years in marketing, with strong preference for candidates from the Jewellery / Fine Retail sector (General Retail experience also considered).
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of digital and social media marketing, performance marketing, and multi-store brand Competencies: Based out of the Deira headquarters, with regular travel across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi branches; strong leadership and team mentoring abilities.
