Job Description
/ Role: Our client is a fast-growing UAE-based organisation operating across multiple business lines with a workforce spanning white
- and blue-collar segments. The business is professionalising its people function to support scale and sustainability. This position will play a strategic advisory role while remaining operationally grounded.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end HR agenda, covering talent acquisition, organisational design, performance management, and employee engagement.
Work closely with executive leadership to build leadership pipelines and succession frameworks.
Focus on policy standardisation, labour compliance, and culture alignment across business units.
Oversee compensation structures, learning initiatives, and workforce planning. Experience Required: Senior HR leadership experience within fast-growing or multi-entity building HR structures from semi-formal environments into mature organisations is highly desirable. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR governance.
Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
Strong interpersonal skills.
