Udrive is hiring a Senior Accountant – Accounts Payable to join its finance team in the UAE. This role is ideal for experienced accounting professionals with expertise in accounts payable, general accounting, financial reconciliation, and high‑volume transaction management.

Key Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end Accounts Payable operations
- Process and review supplier invoices and payment transactions
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Handle high‑volume financial transactions accurately
- Support general accounting activities and month‑end closing
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Prepare financial reports and analysis when required
- Work with ERP systems to improve accounting processes
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- 4–6 years of UAE experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CMA, CA‑Inter, or equivalent preferred
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes
- Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Ability to manage large volumes of transactions with accuracy
