Develop and implement IPMVP-based M&V plans (Options A, B, C, D) for ESCO and Energy Performance Contracts (EPC) Define measurement boundaries, baselines, and adjustment methodologies in line with contract requirements Build and validate regression/energy models, including routine and non-routine adjustments Calculate, verify, and reconcile guaranteed energy and cost savings against contractual targets Verify ECM installation and performance through site inspections, measurements, and monitoring Define metering, sub-metering, and BMS/EMS data requirements and ensure data quality Prepare periodic M&V and savings reports for clients, regulators, and management Support savings disputes and contract discussions with sound technical justification
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy Engineering or related field 4-6 years of experience in energy engineering, including hands-on M&V CMVP or PMVA certification (mandatory) Strong knowledge of IPMVP and savings calculation methods Experience with ESCO/EPC savings guarantees and performance-based contracts Good understanding of HVAC, chillers, district cooling, lighting, controls, and utility tariffs Strong analytical, reporting, and client communication skills
Preferred
ESCO/EPC project experience in the UAE or GCC CEM certification Arabic speaking
