Proven experience managing complete construction projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of building construction, site execution, planning, and project managing subcontractors, site teams, materials, and construction schedules.
Knowledge of quality assurance, safety procedures, and construction leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, as required.
Preferred: Experience handling large-scale residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
