Adjunct Faculty – Cybersecurity and Applied Computing

Responsibilities
  • Deliver lectures, tutorials, labs and workshops in cybersecurity and computing units
  • Set and mark examinations, assignments, projects and other assessments
  • Provide timely feedback and academic guidance to students
  • Coordinate internships, industry placements and employability initiatives
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or related field
  • 3-5 years industry and/or teaching experience, primarily in cybersecurity
  • Expertise in network security, ethical hacking, digital forensics, cloud security or SOC
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certifications
  • Applied AI/Machine Learning knowledge
  • Higher education teaching experience
  • Familiarity with Blackboard, Canvas or Moodle
