About the role
Responsible for delivering effective visual merchandising of the store, ensuring compelling layouts and window displays that reflect brand identity and drive commercial performance.
Core
Responsibilities:
Implement and execute mannequin styling in line with VP directives and current trends, showing innovation, detailing and styleInterpret and execute new seasonal VP directives and guidelines, adapting them to store requirements efficiently and in line with the visionCreate wall and table visual displays that show innovation and creativity in line with visual conceptsMaintain strong product knowledge of key investments, best sellers and seasonal key looksManage POP and mannequins, including base identification, storage, returns, requests and care before and after campaignsImplement visual processes and procedures to deliver best practice across all stores in your area of responsibilitySupport back-of-house management to service the sales floor, including POP, wardrobe imagery and benefit sign managementMake VM decisions based on business acumen and the performance of best sellers and departmentsContribute to photo reports and work with AVMs to create presentation reports and keep visual records of all VM updates and campaignsSupport marketing initiatives by reviewing delivery of visual activities against schedulesManage and implement seasonal marketing updates, including wardrobe images and benefit signsExecute campaigns and events alongside agencies, ensuring best practice and correct implementationSelf-Management:Define performance goals at the start of the year with your reporting manager and ensure they are achievedTake ownership of your own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with your managerTake responsibility for tasks, successes and failures, and complete assigned work to meet team and individual goalsAdapt to changing priorities and new tools or processesProactively identify and solve operational problems, and suggest basic workflow improvementsMake routine decisions in a timely mannerCollaborate with the Area Manager, Store Manager, Brand/Category Management and Marketing teamsQualifications /
Skills:
