Develop detailed project schedules baseline look-ahead using Primavera P6 and MS Project Monitor project progress identify delays and recommend corrective actions Prepare and present weekly monthly progress reports S-curves and variance analysis to management and clients Coordinate with site engineers procurement and subcontractors to align on critical path activities Manage EOT Extension of Time claims and provide planning support for variation orders Ensure resource-loaded schedules incorporating manpower materials and equipment Conduct delay analysis and forensic planning where required Maintain project WBS cost loading and cash-flow forecasting Liaise with clients consultants for schedule approvals and progress meetings.

Coordinate cross-trade planning across Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire-Fighting & Plumbing departments — ensuring seamless integration of all MEP disciplines on site.
Prepare material procurement & delivery schedules in coordination with the Procurement & Logistics team to avoid site delays, especially for long-lead MEP items(AHUs, chillers, generators, switch gear, etc.).
Support resource allocation across multiple ongoing projects — MAC MEP typically runs 10+ projects simultaneously (e.g. MARBELLA, AZURA, CAVALLI COUTURE,SHATHA TOWER, SHORELINE, etc.) — helping balance manpower and equipment across sites.
Attend weekly project review meetings with Project Managers and department heads to track milestones, flag risks, and update look-ahead schedules.
