About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our operational hub in Umm Ramool, Dubai. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our daily sales operations, managing order processing, and ensuring smooth communication between our sales team, clients, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Process sales orders, generate quotations, and handle client inquiries promptly.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and with inventory and warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Maintain and update customer records and sales :Open to Freshers; relevant UAE experience in sales or sales coordination is preferred.
Proven experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or customer support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
Immediate availability / short notice period preferred.
