We are a newly established real estate agency committed to building a high-performing team of real estate professionals We are looking for an experienced HR In-House Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts establish HR processes and support the growth of our sales team
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for real estate agents and corporate staff
- Source screen interview and shortlist qualified candidates through various recruitment channels
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-performing real estate professionals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage the selection process
- Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new employees
- Create and maintain recruitment onboarding and HR documentation and processes
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within a real estate agency is required.
- Proven experience recruiting real estate agents and sales professionals.
- Experience setting up recruitment and onboarding processes is highly preferred.
