Overview

This major international law firm offers an exciting Senior Associate opportunity within its busy and thriving Corporate & M&A practice in Dubai. The role involves handling a variety of high‑level work, including large‑scale, complex cross‑border M&A, venture capital, private equity and investment funds transactions for major global clients such as leading tech companies, multinationals, the region’s sovereign wealth funds, private equity and venture capital funds, and family offices across the Middle East. The firm also provides strong equity capital markets capability and Saudi deal expertise.

Responsibilities

Handle high‑level work, including large‑scale, complex cross‑border M&A, venture capital, private equity and investment funds transactions for global clients and regional funds.
Leverage the firm’s equity capital markets capability and Saudi deal expertise to support clients.

Qualifications

First‑class legal practice abilities coupled with a practical commercial approach and a proven track record in taking responsibility for and managing deals.
Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
Enjoy being part of a dynamic, friendly and outgoing team.
UK or Commonwealth legal qualification with consistently strong results throughout academic history.
