A leading government cultural authority in Dubai is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its Visual Arts Department. You'll manage the department's projects end to end: building project management processes, preparing budgets and reports, and delivering projects on time and to international standards.
What you'll do:- Set and improve standard operating procedures for department projects
- Study project requirements and costs, and flag or explain any variances
- Track project performance against plans
- Support consultant qualification requirements and review stakeholder communication templates
- Manage feasibility studies, resource planning, budgets, quality assurance, risk management, and contract negotiation across major projects
- Lead stakeholder coordination to keep projects on timeline and on track
- Report project financials, progress, and outcomes to the department manager
- Support policy and process development across the department
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Business Administration, or Project Management (or equivalent)
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience leading research and analysis
- Solid project management, performance management, and stakeholder management skills
- Emirati nationality, Family Book, Dubai residency required
