ResponsibilitiesProvide expert clinical assessment and management of patients in acute medical conditions ensuring timely and effective interventionsLead resuscitation efforts and trauma care utilizing advanced life support techniques to stabilize critically ill patientsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols and care pathwaysSupervise and mentor junior medical staff fostering a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellenceRequirementsMedical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution, with a specialization in Emergency Medicine.
Board certification in Emergency Medicine or equivalent recognized of 5 years of experience in a high-volume emergency department, demonstrating clinical proficiency and leadership skills.
Active medical license in the practicing country, with no restrictions or disciplinary actions.
Dual board certification in both adult and pediatric EM would be highly desirable.
Consultant-level qualification and experience in Emergency Medicine.
Substantial recent experience in a high-acuity Emergency Department managing critically ill and undifferentiated patients independently.
