The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and have an attention to detail when it comes to their craftsmanship. You should also have a good understanding of building codes and safety regulations in order to ensure that your work is compliant with industry standards.
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to designing, constructing, assembling, repairing, and installing furniture, fixtures, cabinets, doors, windows etc; ensuring precise measurements; using power tools such as saws or sanders; using hand tools such as drills or chisels; applying finishes such as varnish or paint; providing cost estimates for clients; and updating records of projects completed.
This position comes with a competitive salary of 1000 per month.
