2+ years of experience in accounting or finance role Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial record-keeping Hands-on experience with cloud accounting software (QuickBooks Online or similar) Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet monthly deadlines Immediate availability (no notice period) preferred
Core Responsibilities
Daily Payments & Confirmations: Process supplier/vendor payments, confirm transactions, and handle related financial operations. Bookkeeping Entries: Record transactions accurately in accounting software, ensuring updated and error-free ledgers. Financial Accuracy: Reconcile bank statements, review supporting documents, and maintain organized, audit-ready records. Reporting: Prepare periodic summaries of payables, receivables, and cash flow. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the operations and client-handling team to support backend finance needs. Secondary Tasks (Client Support): Assist with basic client-related administrative work such as corporate tax registration or similar compliance steps.
