This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and developing a rewarding career within the healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Arabic, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and have previous sales experience. Candidates with a background in dental or medical sales will have an added advantage.
Core AccountabilitiesConduct outbound calls to promote the company's healthcare services and generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Provide accurate information about medical services and respond to client inquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the CRM system.
Skills & Experience RequiredEducation &
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field; minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or field sales, with dental or medical sales experience an added advantage.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CRM systems and customer relationship management; strong knowledge of sales techniques and lead Competencies: Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory; excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
