We are looking for ambitious and driven International Real Estate Consultants to join our growing Dubai office. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about real estate, client advisory, and closing high-value investment deals. As a consultant, you will assist local and international clients in identifying profitable real estate opportunities in Dubai, including off-plan and ready properties. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding investment goals, and providing expert market guidance. Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads from international and local markets Advise clients on Dubai real estate investment opportunities Conduct property presentations and virtual/in-person meetings Build and maintain long-term client relationships Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new launches Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets Coordinate with developers and internal teams
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy (Dubai experience preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment Knowledge of Dubai real estate market (off-plan & secondary) Multilingual candidates are a plus Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented Valid UAE driving license (preferred) Strong networking and client management skills
