Key Responsibilities
Monitor the layout, installation, and load-testing (pull-out tests) of driven or screw piles for solar racking and tracking systems.
Direct the reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pouring for heavy equipment foundations, including BESS containers, inverters, and transformers.
Conduct field inspections and witness tests (soil compaction, concrete slump/cube tests, pile alignment) against the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plan.
Enforce company and regulatory health, safety, and environmental protocols across all civil execution activities.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.8-12 years of site execution experience, with at least 2 years of direct field execution on utility-scale Solar PV and/or BESS projects
