Install and configure Windows, drivers, and required software.
Replace RAM, SSD, HDD, batteries, screens, keyboards, and other components.
Perform laptop cleaning, servicing, and basic hardware maintenance.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Perform data backup, OS installation, and system setup.
Test repaired systems before delivery to customers.
Maintain proper records of repairs and replaced parts.
Assist with customer technical support when required.
Desired Candidate ProfileBasic knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware.
Experience in computer/laptop repair preferred.
Knowledge of Windows installation and troubleshooting.
Ability to identify and replace hardware components.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsible and willing to learn.
