You will manage daily site operations, coordinate crews, control quality, and ensure deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities
Organize daily works on the construction siteAssign tasks to crews and monitor completionCoordinate workers, subcontractors, and specialistsControl quality of construction and fit-out worksEnsure compliance with project technologies and requirementsVerify completed works against drawings and documentationMonitor use of materials, tools, and equipmentTrack task deadlines and daily progressPrepare photo reports and status updatesLiaise with Site Manager, engineers, and project representativesEnforce health and safety rules on siteResolve operational issues on the groundRequirements3+ years as Foreman / Site Supervisor on construction or fit-out projectsHands-on experience managing work crewsFit-out experience is an advantageAbility to read construction drawings and documentationUnderstanding of construction sequences and processesResponsibility, independence, and results focusUAE experience is an advantageUAE driving licence is an advantageEnglish for on-site communication is an advantageWhat
