Key Responsibilities
Design build and deploy AI ML models and applications across several concurrent projectsRapidly prototype proof-of-concepts to validate AI use cases for the businessIntegrate large language models LLMs and AI APIs OpenAI Anthropic etc into internal tools and productsBuild and maintain data pipelines to support model training and inferenceCollaborate with cross-functional teams product data business units to translate requirements into AI solutionsOptimize models for performance cost and scalability in productionWrite clean maintainable well-documented codeStay current with emerging AI tools frameworks and best practicesPrioritize and manage multiple parallel initiatives with shifting deadlinesPreferred QualificationsExperience with vector databases RAG Retrieval-Augmented Generation architecturesFamiliarity with MLOps tools and CI CD pipelinesExperience deploying models via containerization Docker KubernetesBackground in NLP computer vision or data engineeringPrior experience in a fast-paced startup or innovation team settingRequired
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)5+ years of experience developing AI/ML applicationsStrong proficiency in Python; familiarity with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging FaceExperience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or generative AI APIsSolid understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and version control (eg Git)Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
