Job Description
/ Role: Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is a 273-room hotel located in the cosmopolitan Dubai Marina area, adjacent to Dubai Marina Mall. The hotel balances the modernism of the business world with the traditions of Arabian hospitality. We have an exciting opportunity for an Outlets Manager to join our enthusiastic team in our All Day Dining and Lobby Lounge / Bar.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Restaurants operations Maintain exceptional levels of customer service Recruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant team Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team Accountable for monthly stock takes Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated Be environmentally aware Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years experiences in a similar role in a 5 star hotel Exposure to outlet opening Exposure to a wide variety of outlets
Skills Required:
Able to handle multi-national team Strong in HACCP procedures and application High organization skill Highly motivated Focus on training and developing staff member
