ResponsibilitiesDispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring safe and correct patient use.
Provide expert advice and healthcare knowledge to customers while ensuring a high level of customer service and and maintain the inventory to ensure availability and safety of all drugs and pharmaceutical supplies.
Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and company policies and procedures.
Participate in healthcare and promotional events organized by the pharmacy to foster community engagement.
Handle prescription inquiries and insurance claims with confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements for the roleValid MOH License as a Pharmacist.3-8 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with a strong preference for retail pharmacy experience.
Proven track record of managing a successful and compliant pharmacy.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
